Dear Homeowner,

The lock for the boat dock entrance will be changed on January 29, 2005. If you would like to continue to use the boat dock facilities, please return your old key along with the annual boat dock fee of $75.00. A copy of the boat dock rules will be given with each new key, along with a receipt for the amount paid. If you wish to use the boat dock for the first time or if you are a new resident, a $10.00 key deposit is also required (this amount is the actual cost of each key).

We appreciate your past support and wish you an enjoyable boating season.

All unit one members in good standing are lifetime members of the Stone Island Boat Basin, as are several members of unit 3,4,5,& 6. The boat ramp will be accessible only by key as of 8pm 12/31/98.

There is a $10.00 Key Deposit Required.

If you are not a member of the boat basin, the annual fee is $ 75.00 plus 

the $10.00  key deposit.

Boat Ramp Rules

        1.Only members with key access to the gate are allowed to use the area.

2.The association assumes no liability or responsibility for any damage, theft, injury, or accident while using this facility.

          3.The hours of the facility are from sunrise to sunset.

4.The gates shall be kept locked at ALL TIMES.

5.Use of the area is on a 1st come 1st served basis. Please use courtesy and consideration..

          6.Children under 18 must be accompanied by a adult.

7.No powering out, as it undermines the ramp.

          8.No wake in channel.

9.Please take your trash with you.
